I weighed in this morning to find I'd gained 1 lb back this week, in fact the only shock was that it wasn't more. It's not been a good week.
I've been out walking every day and I've clocked up 20 miles this week alone. The downside is that all that walking made me very hungry, on returning home I was grabbing the first naughty snack that came to hand.......crisps.
Give up a C for Christmas
Nevermind Lent, I've decided to move on with my weight loss that I must give up crisps. If any of the others in the Christmas bloggers slimming club would like to join me too, that would be great. It doesn't have to be crisps, it could be cake, chocolate, pizza, chips, wine or biscuits. Whatever you feel is holding you back, is the one to pick, the one that you would miss the most.
I mean lets be honest most overweight people, are overweight because they've ate too much food, and I don't think that it was celery that they overate with. If you do want to join me, leave your pledge in the comments below and I'll add it to mine.
