And did I manage it?
Yes I just about did it, if I missed a day, I just made up for it the next day by walking extra. To be honest I was amazed how many steps I clocked up by just walking around the house doing housework. In fact I actually enjoyed running up and down the stairs just to watch the step counter going up.
After a very slow start last week, I'm really pleased to report that I've lost 2 lbs this week towards my goal of a stone or more by Christmas. I hope all the other bloggers in the Christmas slimming club have had a good week.
