Weighed in this morning to find I've lost 1 tiny pound, which is a very samll step in the right direction after gaining the last two weeks.

DeleteI lost a pound too and, as someone pointed out, that's a whole pack of butter - a bit less lard on our bums !! LOL :)

DeleteThought I should have done better though this week as I've gained back 4lbs over the last few weeks. I'm going to try harder this next week (I'm sure I've said that before).

ReplyDeleteWell done thats brilliant news am really pleased for you. It so nice when the scales move the right way. I managed to lose 3.8lbs this week so great news for us both this week. This week has been quite tough I’m starting to get bored of eating healthy and feel a bit bad as I’ve had oven chips twice this week! We shall see what Monday brings. I’ve been food shopping today and bought lots of veggies so have decided I’m going to make lots of homemade soups this week for a change and add in a bit of variety in my diet. Good luck for tomorrow and I shall let you know how I get on on Monday. xx
