My Sunday weigh in

Sadly I wasn't able to walk my 20 miles this week.
If my goal was to gain weight, I'd be doing well.
Just weighed in, to find I've gained two pounds back this week.

So what went wrong this week
I started the week off good following a vegan diet, by Thursday my asthma had improved loads so  I went back to eating normally, which I think was part of the problem. Too much eating!  Also due to other things going on, I wasn't able to walk my 20 miles this week.

  1. Sounds like a Vegan diet might be a good all round benefit for you - perhaps worth persevering with for a bit longer? Best of luck for this week! xx

    1. Thanks Laura, maybe I could do 6 days vegan and 1 day vegetarian. It really does seem to have helped my asthma. Good luck to you too xx

  2. At least you know where you went wrong so next week, you know what to change. Could it be other factors like the time of the month too ? Anyway, onwards and upwards ! - overall, you're still doing really well so don't let one week make you downhearted xxx

  3. Hopefully getting your asthma sorted will make you more able to get out and walk. There is nothing worse than gasping for air and I know the cold weather brings mine on. You are still doing well so don't get disheartened, you can soon lose that weight again

  4. Sorry to hear you haven’t lost this week. Don’t be too disheartened you have done amazing so far and you will get to your goal I know you will! Just remember you have got to a quarter of your goal so not to far to go now. So pleased to hear your asthma has got better too with the vegan diet.

    This week I was worried about my weigh in I don’t know why really I just get so paranoid a couple of days before weigh day but I was gobsmacked to find out I lost 4lb. I didn’t believe it I jumped on the scales about 5 times to double check. I am no longer obese now I’m at the high end of the overweight category which is fab. My total weight loss now is 2stone 13lbs. I’m so thankful to the doctors for giving me the diet tablets as I have failed so many diets in the past before they have even begun and I cant cheat on them otherwise I get awful side effects. Still a long way for me to go though I would say I need to loose another 3 and a half stone!

    Really pleased to hear about your weight loss, that's fantastic. It's so nice when you can leave the obese group too, fingers crossed that you have another good week. xx
